Touching wires? All wires or just these wires? *zott!*
Is it a $200 fine per wire? Per incident? Is there no jail time alternative listed because you will be dead? Isn’t death a full and sufficient punishment for even the hideous crime of touching a wire?
Why are these wires in a public area where touching them is a possibility anyway? Shouldn’t someone put a cage around these wires so that they cannot be touched? Who designed this place anyway?
wow, they can fine you after you’re dead?

Well, in China, after they execute criminals, they send an invoice to their family.
So maybe your estate has to pay the fine.

I assume they just extract the money from the charred corpse’s wallet.
