This tasty tidbit was spotted at a restaurant in the metro San Juan, PR, area. It made me kind of glad to be a vegetarian.
Although my dining companions and I could not puzzle out what oll rat might be a translation of (and if there’s any reader out there who has a theory, please share), the bottom line was this: there’s still rat on the menu. When we shared it out to the waiter, he just shook his head and said we were not the first to have pointed it out.

Excuse me? by chance do you have any rat on the menu today?

I would guess it stands for rotisserie as that would be a suitable description for churrasco.
