Actually it’s Mothers’ Day – a day for ALL mothers not just one.

Jan, the way I’ve always read about it, Mother’s Day founder Anna Jarvis wanted it to be “Mother’s Day” and not “Mothers’ Day” because it’s a day when one honors one’s own mother, not all the mothers of the world.
