It may be true that God loves you.
However, this extra apostrophe in loves may need a divine intervention.
The Devil made them do it. (Notice the lesser sin of using a zero for the letter O?)

Maybe there’s a punctuation mark gone astray:and they meant:
God, love is you.
God: Love is you

I think that there’s to much space between what they think are two words when it should be Godlove’s you. So whoever this Godlove person is, he owns you. ;)

I’m also bothered by the apparent 0 in “God” where there should be an O.
