Yes, MRP supports your conservation and environmental efforts, which do have environmental effects, but we get what you mean.

    I live in Boston and call a cellular traffic hotline every morning. For 2-3 months before telling me the traffic conditions they have announced:

    “The Massachusetts HighwayDepartment is actively seeking snow and ice vendors this winter. If you are interested, please call ###-####.”

    Honest.

    Another favorite of mine is that Massport (the airport-port authority) incorrectly spelled the name of Fanuiel Hall, a premier Boston historical landmark.

    As for the other thing, considering how little snow we’ve actually gotten this winter, maybe they really meant that . . .
