Thanks to SteamedPenguin, who alerted me to this story about a community in Florida where the word school was misspelled scohol in the roadway. As our friends at SPOGG say, “Let’s just say this is part of the ‘no childrens left behind’ initiative.”

Reminded me of the ad on tv where they meant to write Chiefs in the endzone but instead wrote Chefs.

According to the article, it was being fixed yesterday. And then the people who did this will be staying after scohol.

  2. Does “scohol” rhyme with “alcohol”? It looks like it should. (And I bet the folks who painted “scohol” on the street had a little too much to drink beforehand…)
