Trails and tribulations

Thanks to RaJo and Moondog for this unsavory little tidbit from the Boston Metro:


There’s some proofreader out there who should be on trial for leaving such a trail of typos . . .



  1. Also note they lack auto-hyphens. See: “smash-ed”

  2. Yuck, first four lines of body copy end on a hyphenated word. Ooh, and a hyphen in the pullquote… not nice

  4. Oh yeah, I’d generally say the Metro is a total mess. Occasionally, it seems like it would be fun to mark up a copy with a red pen and send it back to them, but it’s just too easy.

    But what do you think, is Porsche (see first line) two syllables? I guess it depends on how you pronounce it.
