She pointed out the apparent disconnect between what they say:

And what they mean:

She writes, “Not even ‘some restrictions.’ It’s significant restrictions. And yet: Sky’s the limit. Like parents who tell their kid, you can be anything you want to be when you grow up, as long as what you want to be is a doctor.”

I’m thinking with freedom like that, who needs restrictions?
