office manager

While I suppose the idea of an office manger could sound a bit appealing—bucolic even—to those who wouldn’t mind having some livestock around the workplace, I’d much rather have an office manager. At least they know they need one with an eye for detail and quality:

Hat tip to Z for exhibiting the aforementioned eye for detail and quality.

  1. Once upon a time, I applied for a job asking for similar qualifications with a letter that read, in part, “I have the eye for detail to help you avoid typos like the one in your ad.” Yet for some reason, I didn’t get an interview.
