Typoroni, the San Francisco treat

Forget their hearts—they must have left their proofreader in San Francisco.

The old “typo on the uniform” is always good for a laugh. This one comes to us courtesy of the San Francisco Giants. For some reason, San Francisco was misspelled on the jersey of outfielder Eugenio Velez. Take a look:

Puts me mind of that priceless Snickers ad from a few years ago, the one in which the guy is painstakingly painting the field, only to have one of the players say, “Looks great, but who are the Chefs?”

And he responded the only thing one could respond in such a situation, I guess: “Great googly moogly.”
