All we hear is library Gaga

Have I mentioned that MRP’s very first job ever was as shelving books at my town library? This may be why I have a soft spot for libraries and librarians. But I can’t really imagine any of the librarians where I worked getting down to Lady Gaga as they do in this bit (except maybe Mabel, who was sort of the Betty White of our library staff. Boy, was she a hot ticket!). What I love about this piece is that not only do these folks from the University of Washington’s Information School cleverly spoof Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face,” they also use this highly teachable moment to instruct viewers in important library-related information. Those librarians: nerdy, yes, funny, yes, and efficient, too!
