H/t to Fritinancy and Mr. Verb for this little holiday tidbit. A group of linguists got together to record their own version of “We are the World.” They explain,  “Some of the professors and students of the last 20 years of the Budapest ELTE-MTA Theoretical Linguistics Programme sing on the occasion of the 20th birthday of the department. Since everyone agrees that linguistics saves lives 🙂 and making a cover of ‘We Are the World’ is funny enough, we decided to do it.”
